This co-op is open to the continental United States.
All orders and payments must be received by the 15th of each month.
The order form is in Excel format. The catalog & sales flyers are in PDF format. Hard copies of the catalogs can be asked for and are in limited quantity, but please submit your name if you wish one so you can be added to the waiting list. As soon as your name comes up, you will be made aware and it can either be shipped with your order or on its own via media mail. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of mailing you the catalog.
If you do not have Microsoft office, you can download OpenOffice.Org for free!

We can ship via USPS or FedEx. Packages over 4 pounds are generally cheaper via FedEx
Each month we send out a newsletter to our Frontier Co-op members that will list a few of the sale items and provide a link to a sales flyer if there is one available.
Please save these files to your computer. Do not attempt to fill them out online. They cannot be saved and you will lose your data.
Please fill out the order form and email it to the co-op manager.
There is a 10% donation on the form. Donations do not have to be taxed but fees do your donation covers the cost of various transaction fees and supplies that are acquired for the maintenance of accounts, our ordering and shipping supplies for your goods. Payments that do not include this 10% donation will be returned and orders canceled.
You will receive a notice that we have received your order within 24 – 48 hours. If you do not, please contact frontier@youpayless.com or joanna@youpayless.com so we can figure out where it is in case it went to a spam folder

For those who are picking up locally:
Once the order arrives, it is sorted and an announcement will be posted when & where the order will be available to be picked up. You must contact me to verify you are going to get your items.
It will be your responsibility to coordinate the prompt pick up of your order.
For those who are having items shipped:

Please check back often! It will be your responsibility to coordinate the prompt payment of shipping.
Please note:
Orders that have not been arranged to be picked up or shipped within one month without prior notice or approval, will be considered forfeited. Of course being parents there are exceptions when children get sick or "life" happens. Please let us know if there is an issue as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to exclude people from this purchase if they are considered a risk to the group. This may include people who have ordered from other co-op boards that have been listed as nonpayment, refusal to pick up, refusal to pay shipping, or any other issues that YouPayLess.com may feel are a concern. This is to keep things running smoothly.
